These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the website at workspace-redwoodfield.click (the “Site”) operated by Redwood Field Advisors Co., Ltd. (“Redwood Field Advisors,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our services

Redwood Field Advisors provides franchise readiness assessment and related business consulting services to regional brand owners. The Site describes our advisory programs and allows you to submit consultation inquiries. Use of the Site does not create a client relationship until both parties sign an engagement letter.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about our advisory services and submitting inquiries. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Transmit malware, spam, or automated scraping that degrades Site performance
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
  • Copy Site content for commercial republication without written permission

3. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, and layout on the Site are owned by Redwood Field Advisors or used with permission. Advisory deliverables prepared under separate engagement letters are governed by those agreements. You may not reproduce Site content for commercial distribution without consent.

4. Information on the Site

Program descriptions, fee starting points, and timelines are informational. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in engagement letters. We may update Site content without notice.

5. Inquiry forms

Information submitted through contact forms is used to respond to your request. Submitting a form does not guarantee availability or acceptance of an engagement. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

The Site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Advisory conclusions are delivered only through signed engagements, not through general Site content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Taiwan, Redwood Field Advisors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Our aggregate liability for claims related to Site use shall not exceed TWD 1,000 except where prohibited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Redwood Field Advisors against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
