How we price advisory work
Franchise readiness consulting depends on unit count, visit geography, document complexity, and report depth. We quote after a scoping briefing—not through self-serve checkout. Fees below are starting points for typical regional brands; your quote may differ.

What affects your quote
Unit count and visit sites — Each additional visit city or location adds travel days and analysis time. Brands with more than five locations usually need broader sampling.
Report language — English-only reports are standard. Bilingual Traditional Chinese delivery adds translation and review time.
Urgency — Engagements with compressed timelines (under four weeks for full readiness) may incur a scheduling premium.
Investor or board deliverables — Additional presentation decks, sensitivity models, or second briefing sessions are quoted separately.
Payment structure
- Readiness Assessment: 40% on engagement letter signature, 40% before field visit week, 20% on report delivery.
- Shorter programs: 50% on signature, 50% on deliverable delivery.
We issue invoices in TWD. International clients may pay via wire transfer; currency conversion fees are borne by the client.
Deposits and cancellations
Scoping briefing calls are complimentary. Once an engagement letter is signed, the initial deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after document collection begins. See our Refund Policy for rescheduling and cancellation details.
What is not included in program fees
Legal advice, franchise agreement drafting, franchise marketing creative, broker commissions, recruitment advertising, or ongoing franchisee support retainers. We coordinate with your counsel and vendors but do not bill for their services.
